How it Works
Each day, you'll receive a new:

SHOOTING GOAL
Each day, you'll be given a target # of shots to make that day. By the end of the challenge, you'll make ~3,000 total shots.

SUGGESTED WORKOUT
Make your target # for the day using whichever drills you normally like to do, or, use the example workout provided.

MINDSET LESSON
Master a different aspect of your shooting mindset each day including exactly which thoughts and beliefs will increase your confidence and %.

EXTRA RESOURCE
Videos, meditations, visualizations, affirmations, and other mental exercises to supplement what you learn each day.
