1. Free Throw Fundamentals
How to set your feet up at the line, the importance of your routine, your shot pocket, release point, follow-through and more - in the FT Fundamentals module, we'll breakdown every single aspect of your free throw shooting form and how to optimize it so that you can shoot 90%, consistently.
2. The 90% Mindset
To shoot 90% from the FT line, you have to have great form AND a great mental game. Things like self-belief, confidence, positive self-talk, and being a fearless, laser-focused, and clutch free throw shooter are all required to shoot a high % from the line. In this module, you'll learn how to master every aspect of the 90% Mindset.
3. The Mental Journey of the Free Throw
From the moment you get fouled to actually shooting the FT, there's a lot of time for thoughts/distractions. Without the right mental approach to the FT journey, it's easy to let doubt, fear, or distraction affect you. In this module, you'll learn exactly how to apply the 90% Mindset to the FT journey so you can shoot each FT with confidence and laser-focus.
